1. The service

EvolveSphere lets you upload photos that our AI ("Sphere") analyzes and publishes as public, evolving place pages. The service is provided "as is", and features may change as the platform evolves.

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

You keep ownership of the photos you upload. By publishing a memory you grant EvolveSphere a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, adapt (e.g. resize, crop, generate share cards), and distribute that content as part of the service, including in search results, embeds, and social previews.
Only upload photos you took or have the right to share. Do not upload photos of identifiable people without their permission, and never upload content involving minors in any inappropriate context.
You can delete your memories at any time from your dashboard; cached copies in search engines or embeds may persist temporarily.

Reflections, moods, and narratives are generated by AI from your photo and public signals. They are creative interpretations, not facts, and may occasionally be inaccurate. Evolution scores are engagement metrics, not assessments of any real-world place.

No unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, or privacy-violating content. No spam, scraping at abusive rates, attempts to manipulate evolution scores or leaderboards, or interference with the service. Automated moderation plus human review may remove content that breaks these rules.

Curated pages use Creative Commons photography with attribution; the license terms of each image are linked on the page. Map data © OpenStreetMap contributors.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EvolveSphere is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months (zero for free accounts).
